As part of that, the company offers electrically heated chlorine vaporizer. These are used for continuous chlorine gas feed rates. Liquid chlorine from the tonner is transported to the inner chamber of the vaporizer, which is immersed in a water bath. There are three heaters for heating the water bath. The water is transferred to the water bath via pipe. The transfer rate is controlled by an on-line solenoid valve. These vaporizers are equipped with a thermostat to control the temperature of the water. Cathodic protection is provided with heat exchanger and hot water tank surface to prevent galvanic corrosion.
