The pressure regulator for high purity/corrosive gases comes in a two-stage structure that assures the outlet pressure set point remains unaffected by cylinder pressure decay. The outlet pressure decrease only 0.02 psig /100 psig loss in cylinder pressure. The pressure regulators are available with salient features like two stage regulation ss 316 l body, 200/ 250 bar maximum inlet pressure outlet, 5 bar, 10 bar, 20 bar control, tefzel/ teflon/ kel-f seat 30 micron inlet filter teflon cover stainless steel diaphragm assembly. The pressure regulators can be applied for calibration equipment petro/ chemical industry gas and liquid sampling purge/ carrier gases.
