Operation of Lazy Tong Blind Riveting Tool:

• Rivet Stem is inserted into the nose piece.

• Rivet is then positioned in the structure to be assembled and pushed on the linkages again and then pushed on the linkages for complete stroke.

• If the rivet does not set for the first time, linkages are extended again and the nose piece is pushed up to the rivet head for another stroke.

• When the stem breaks the rivet is set.

• The broken stem is then removed from the tool by extending the linkages fully.

• The stem will drop from the back or front of tool.
