• Band Sealing Machine is a semi-automatic sealing system to seal pre-formed & filled pouches like center seal pouch, three side pouch, stand-up pouch and zipper pouch etc. made-up of heat sealable laminated film.
• The machine has sealing & cooling zone over the length of the Teflon bands which conveys filled pre-formed pouch with the help of adjustable conveyor at bottom.
• The line speed of the adjustable conveyor & Teflon bands is synchronized.
• The machine can be provided with the optional dozing system [at an extra cost] for the powder, granule products like Auger Filling System, Volumetric Cup Filling System, Electronic Load Cell based Weigh Filling System etc.
