• The machine is controlled by PLC and provided with an operator friendly MMI [man machine interface]. All temperature controllers provided in the machine are PID.
• Built in high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accurate positioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which results in less wastage of packing material.
• Automatic pouch length adjustment mechanism, adjustable forming unit for a wide range of roll width, ensures short change over time as well as no change parts.
• Can be provided with customized in-feed system in synchronization with the manufacturing process of the customer.
• Can be provided with an optional attachment like hot foil coding unit, overload clutch etc. [at an extra cost].
