- The procedure is to locate and clamp the cylinder block/head in position and welsch plugs head by specially designed vacuum plug holders of pressing ram are pressed onto the component.
- All clamping, locating and plugging will be done by hydraulic cylinders automatically, hence the process time and labor required is greatly saved.
- The operator only has to load the component and welsch plugs, then press cycle start push button.
