Premier engineers offers famous-make magical jaw vices. Application of these jaw vices is to hold irregular shapes of jobs with the clamping force of 0 to 1200 kgf. They are suitable for 3d machining. The main body is made up of fcd-45 high malleable cast iron. The magical jaw vices are made by s-50c material hardened to 55 hrc. Jaw opening size is 123 mm. These vices are highly useful for 3d machining to reduce the setup time in vertical machining centres to clamp and hold the irregular jobs.
