The bed has removable gap with a large swing capacity. Rigid designed tailstock of the panther heavy duty lathe machine ensures stability under all cutting conditions. The tailstock body of these lathe machine is rigidly bolted on its ways preventing accidental slippage. The tailstock quill has two speeds selection by lever for rapid positioning and drilling and is made up of high tensile steel which is hardened, ground and given a mirror finish. A fully universal gear box of the machine provides the feeds and allows a very large range of threads, without the need of changing transposing gears.
