Gujarat cooperative milk marketing federation offers amul cheese spreads. This is highly acceptable product made from the most modern dairy plant through a special formulation. Amul cheese spread is made from soft cheese, cheddar cheese and common salt.
It has fat around 18-20%, moisture 60%, protein 14-15%, added salt 1.8%, sodium citrate 2.5% and its calorific value is 240 kcal/100g.
