Product Profile of Submerged Type FC Evaporator

Submerged Type FC Evaporator is manufactured by Windsor Sathyam Separation Systems. Windsor Sathyam Separation Systems also manufactures wide ranges of long tube vertical evaporator, short tube vertical evaporator, forced circulation evaporators, multi stage flash evaporator etc. Submerged Type FC Evaporator is used for severely scaling applications and for crystallizing purposes. Submerged Type FC Evaporator consumes a considerable amount of electrical power for the circulation pump, up to 25 kW/t of evaporation. This FC Evaporator is submerged type in nature.

Submerged Type FC Evaporator has the following features:

• Used for severely scaling applications, and for crystallizing purposes.

• Submerged type in nature where boiling in the tube is restricted by the hydrostatic pressure or a throttling valve, is the most common one.

• The heat exchanger bundle may be both horizontal and vertical. Also metal plate heat exchangers are used.

• Applies continuous circulation of solid particles such as glass or metal granules through the tubes to remove scale from the tube-wall

• FC evaporators consume a considerable amount of electrical power for the circulation pump, up to 25 kW/t of evaporation
