Chemical Industries use a large amount of process water and produce liquid wastes containing lots of chemicals which may be harmful to living organizations. These untreated liquid wastes are generally thrown into a river or sea water, where they pollute aquatic life and also causing severe problems to respiratory systems, digestive systems and eyes in humans. Shachi Engineering Pvt. Ltd provides Zero Liquid Discharge Plants, which are a combination of multi effect evaporators, and Spray Drying Plant. Dilute wastes streams are concentrated in evaporator`s battery and then fed to the spray drying plant. The concentrated liquids are converted into powder, which can be used as a by-product and can be dumped as land filler.
