High Speed Motorized Lifting Disperser is available with a Limit switch at the top and bottom of the lifting and lowering height.
Key Features of High Speed Motorized Lifting Disperser
- Premix Capacity: 500Lt to 1000 Litres.
- The frame is made from angles and has house and body of Mild Steel with guide pipe
- Base frame will be of 12mm thick MS plates
- Top frame will have the motor and the shaft assembly.
- Shaft will be of 50mm diameter in SS. and can be tapered to 45mm diameter
- The shaft is supported by 2nos. ball bearings.
- Bearings are housed in a MS. Housing which can be bolted to the top frame.
- Shaft has 8" [200mm] Cowles type impeller blade for dispersion.
- Shaft is powered by a 15HP 1440RPM 3 Phase squirrel cage induction Non-flip Motor through "V" groove pulley and belts.
- The shaft speed will be fixed 1440RPM.
- 1HP 1440 RPM Geared Motor for Screw Type Mechanical Lifting Arrangement of the stirrer.
- The limit switch will be provided at lifting and lowering point.
