S. F. Engineering Works manufactures Double Cone Blending Machine. S. F. Engineering Works offers process plants and machinery required by the Chemical, Paint, Inks Pharmaceuticals, Minerals, Food and related Industries. The Double Cone Blending Machine is used for smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive material in pharmaceutical industries. This machine can handle large volumes and is easily cleaned. Separately driven internal lump breakers can be provided for braking of lumps and agglomerates. The Double Cone Blending Machine consists of two cylindrical cones welded together and fitted with shaft mounted on bearings. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of which the entire mass is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting in crisscrossing of the material to produce a uniform mix. Baffles are provided inside the cone for throughout mixing. The Double Cone Blending Machine is available in 8 models. The total capacities in litres of the models are 45,100, 200, 350, 500, 1500, 2500 and 3200 respectively.
