Pal fabricator group supplies sheet straightning machines. These machines come in different sizes and capacity:
I] 0.1 mm to 2 mm thick x 1300 mm width x 9 rolls specially designed for tin plates and pcrc coils;
Ii] 2 mm to 6 mm thick x 2100 mm x 13 rolls designed for cr and hr coils; and
Iii] 4 mm to 10 mm thick x 2100 mm x 13 rolls for cr and hr coils.
Rolls used in these machines are of duly tested en-9. The bodies of all machines are manufactured from solid steel plates. All bores on the body plates are performed on jig boring machine and planed on plano miller to provide accurate and smooth movements to all rolls. Each machine includes distribution gearbox that provides movement to all rolls simultaneously using universal joints. All bushes used in the machines are of phosphor bronze 2. A single piece heavy duty i-beam used for base frame of machine. These machines are useful for straightening of sheet that is available in coil forms.
