Cutter beam of these shearing machines is made of solid steel plates carrying the upper knife for ensuring lesser load on bearings due to minimum weight. Blades used in these shearing machines are premium quality 4 edged hchc grade. Key and clutches are made of alloy steel and ensure better and continuous operations with 3 key ways in the en-24 insert.
