Karwa technical services also offers airless shot blast cleaning machine. This shot blast cleaning machine is used for cleaning outer surface of lpg cylinders after stress relieving. There are some hardware features of this shot blasting machine which include: the machine is fitted with two high performance blast wheels to throw abrasives over the cylinder surface. Due to high impact of abrasives on outer surface of cylinders, heat scales are removed and the surface becomes rough enough, suitable for any type of coating, in case of lpg cylinders, for zinc metallizing. Abrasive recycling system consists of screw conveyor, bucket elevator, abrasive sieving and air washing system. A dust collector is provided with the machine.
