Elasto foam manufactures a range of polyurethane foaming machines. Production of the polyurethane foam: polyurethane foam is produced by mixing two or more liquid chemicals at a precise weight ratio. This mixture is then poured into a mould and closed. As a result of the chemical reaction, the volume increases until the mould is filled and then the liquid inside the mould is transformed into a solid state. The pouring time is limited to the commencement of reaction time. Continuation of pouring after this time could affect the quality of the end product. Specifications of the d series: d series machines are fitted with metering gear pump, which offers almost infinite variations in output and ratio control within the limits. Temperature controlled by large heat exchangers keeps the component viscosities and quality of foam produced constant. Optional safety cut off in the event of pressure shoot up. The new alloy steel hardened mixing head keeps the chemicals separate till the injection port and prevents cross contamination. Customization: it can be fitted with various types of mixers for different types of foams and operates with a speed of 8500 or 4200 rpm. The solvent and air washing of the mixing chamber are automatic and timer adjustable. The entire sequence can be preset and are timer adjustable. Four models are available.
