The frames of the mechanical press brakes are well designed, sturdy, and made of steel. The gears and pinions provided with the mechanical press brakes are precisely constructed from high quality carbon and alloy steels, mounted on shafts through splines and operate in oil bath in completely enclosed housings. This allows high frequency of clutch operation and also makes more flywheel energy available for work. The powerful and failsafe spring operated, pneumatically released brake is interlocked with the clutch. All models of mechanical press brakes are offered with a motorised ram adjustment. The drive gearboxes are totally confined and carry oil sumps for lubrication of gears and bearings.
