Elmech Pneumatic Industries Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures Centralized Control Panel. The Centralized Control Panel is highly appreciated in the various industries. This control panel consists of air hydro pump to develop hydrostatic pressure. The operation of the pump is achieved with the help of compressed air with a working pressure of 3 to 6Kg/ sq cm. This is a self reciprocating pump with a provision of controlling the pressure from 1.5 to 15Kg/sq cm of type test and 5 to 50Kg /sq cm in case of acceptance test. Each testing station is provided with isolating valve bleed system, electrical contact type pressure gauge, range 0-16Kg / sq cm in case of type test and 0-60Kg/sq cm in case of acceptance test, hour meter to register the total time the sample under test pressure, pressure regulator to adjust the test pressure inside the hydraulic accumulator and compressed air controls to operate the air hydro pumps.
