Alpha nippon innovatives `s product range include fabricated mould racks manufactured from robust steel section frame for stability under non-uniform load. Each shelf moves on a rolling contact bearing on rails for accurate and smooth movement. Even loaded shelf can be easily pulled out by manual actuation of a single handle. The rack comes with five adjustable shelves to suit one`s specific needs. It is not only convenient in staking dies/moulds of various heights and weights, but it also allows the user to access the required dies/moulds effortless. The overall dimensions of the rack 10 ft x 6 ft x 6 ft and that of each shelf are 6 ft x 3 ft approximately. The racks are pretreated and pu painted.
