Deccan Dynamics offers Electrical Control Panel in Cabinet. Deccan Dynamics manufactures welding electrode plants and wire straightening rods and cutting machines. The Electrical Control Panel in Cabinet is useful to control and synchronize the speed of all the electrical motors. The control panel is mainly connected with AC Inverter [variable voltage variable frequency drives]. It consists of Switch Gears, Control relays, Potentiometers, Timer, Temperature controller & sensors to run the complete plant smoothly. The Electrical Control Panel in Cabinet is also provided with control push buttons, line speed meter, length counter, temperature indicators. The AC inverters are self capable to maintain power factor which increase the efficiency of electrical motors and save power also. The separate potentiometers are provided for Double block, BB block-Wet wire drawing machine and Spooler to set the required speed for an individual machine and master potentiometer is provided to control the speed proportionately [increase or decrease] set by individual potentiometers. Inline spooling plant is equipped with length counter and Line speed. If the plant runs with the 500kg bulk winder, the control panel is equipped with techo-generator to keep the line speed constant.
