Air equipment and systems india private limited offer high-pressure compressor dry air systems. All these systems are produced for air blast circuit breaker operations for utilities in remote installations. These critical facilities require maximum reliability. We have developed our own dryers in order to provide a high quality drying technology, incorporating the proven components, processing process and quality control procedures as complete packaged compression systems. Reliability and quality of the product is enhanced through custom design.

Sophisticated mathematical and solid modeling software techniques have allowed mta designers to realize the "marco polo" dryers which exclusively combines the advantages of thermal mass and direct expansion systems for heat transfer, from compressed air to refrigerant, in one unit. This special design allows the refrigerant compressor to run only when it`s needed; thereby, together with the air-to-air pre-cooling exchanger, offers a consistent energy savings.

Technical features
The airflow rates shown refer to the free air output from the compressor [suction 20°c and 1 bar absolute] and at the following rated operating conditions : compressed air inlet temperature 35°c, ambient temperature 25°c and pressure dewpoint from 3°c to 10°c, inlet air pressure 7 barg. The refrigerant used is r134a.
The airflow rates shown refer to the free air output from the compressor and the following rated operating conditions : compressed air inlet temperature 100°f. Ambient air temperature 100°f. Inlet air pressure 100 psig. Pressure dewpoint from 38°f to 50°f. The refrigerant used is r134a. Absorbed power at rated operating conditions, see item [1] Absorbed power at rated conditions [see note 2] and at 115/1/60 and 460/3/60 power supply.
Absorbed power at maximum limit operating conditions [ambient temperature 50°c and pressure dewpoint 10°c]. Absorbed power at maximum limit operating conditions [ambient temperature 122°f and pressure dewpoint 50°f] and at 115/1/60 and 460/3/60. The dimension refer to the version with a timed drain, not with the zero air-loss drain.
