Emmaar equipments offers mini air dryers that are used for eliminating moisture, oil droplets, dust and other impurities in the compressed air. These compact units consist of 1 no each of pre-filters, activated carbon filters, activated alumna absorbers and after-filters. All the 4 units are interconnected and can be connected straightaway in the compressed air line. The mini air dryers require very minimum of attention and the maintenance cost is practically nil. Reusable type ceramic candles are used in the pre-filters and after-filters. Filtered air is almost oil and moisture free with particles less than 3 microns. The air dryers are available in 2 different sizes and can be used up to 15 kg/sqcm working pressure. They are very ideal for use in painting booths, textile mills, electronic industries, foundries, automobile manufacturing units and other industries where oil and moisture-free air is required.
