Emmar equipments manufactures air compressor package consisting of reciprocating air compressor, air/water cooled after cooler, air receiver and heatless air drier completely interconnected and mounted on a common base frame. This system ensures 100% dry air, completely free of moisture dust and oil particles from compressed air, with a dew point of -40°. As all equipment is manufactured in-house, the entire system is fully guaranteed from one source and also reduces the problem of interconnecting piping work at site. The systems is fully tested hydraulically and ready to use and the only piping which has to be done at site is from drier to machine. This also reduces the dependence on several external factors like plumbing, etc, and also the advantage of complete piping being done by compressed air experts. Since there will no leakage in compressed air line, there is also considerable energy saving. The air compressor package can be offered up to 25 hp at a working pressure of 12 kg/cm². The company also supplies high-pressure air driers, air receivers, after coolers, moisture separators up to 7-kg/cm² working pressure.
