Steel Made Industrial Roller is used for bearing light to medium weight packages in either temporary or permanent installations. The Roller has a round tube, which is generally made using steel, is supported on a shaft by the bearings and the shaft is contained within formed or structural punched frames either through internal springs or retaining pins. The Roller is available in range of up to 75 mm diameter and in length of 1000 mm as per the requirements and is used in low speed or gravity conveyor system application. The Roller ensures a free movement and made using centerless grinded ERW or seamless pipes and comes sealed from both sides that protect the ball bearings from dust and other particles. The Steel Made Industrial Roller comes in galvanized or chrome plated manner that makes is rust resistant and can be availed in range of PU and PVC coated rollers to protect the components from damage or chemicals or wired wheels.
