Wellmake engineering company manufactures bell type bright annealing furnaces which are designed with electric resistance heating and fuel/gas fired systems. The fitting comprise of liftable heating hood, fixed bases, gas protective covers, forced air cooling hood and automatic temperature control panel. The bell furnace gives the best uniformity and fuel efficiency by its ceramic fibre complete lining; high convection circulating fans; specially designed steel tube recuperator in fuel fired furnaces; self engaged plug and sockets for electric connection in resisting heating furnace; microprocessor based digital self turned pid controllers; motorised air and diaphramed oil valves; complete automation of temperature and time control system with soaking time set, gas pressure, water pressure, fuel and lubricating oil control, fuel and air control; and other features. These furnaces are available from 2 tonne to 60 tonne charges, coil size 900 mm to 2500 mm diameter and are applicable for wires, strips, castings in ferrous and non ferrous.
