Fixturing systems 2000 and 4000 are offered for wire edm models, to position the work-piece in the machine cutting zone, to assure rapidity of operations with precision without sacrificing strength or stability. The parts of the fixturing system include guide beams, which are screwed directly to the machine table and are provided with m6 threaded holes. The basic beams are useful for guiding the cross beams and for mounting the multiholders. The cross beams are also used for mounting the clamping elements on both sides. Adjustable end stop is usable on all beams for repetitive positioning of a q-beam or of a multi-holder. A support fence and support discs are available for suitably supporting the workpieces. Adjustable supports are used to support large workpieces. The system also has a pallet, solid jaw clamper, adapter, multi-holder, adjustable element for horizontal alignment, chuck jaws, vice, vee block holder, support holders, vertical unit, swivel unit for changing the angle position, tool clamper, hydraulic clamping block, and rotating spindle.
