Macintel offers a swiss type cnc auto lathe, manufactured by poly gim machinery co ltd, taiwan. They have developed these lathes in two models, viz, daimond 20 and diamond 20cs. These machines are provided with collet chuck and they have maximum bar capacity of 20 mm with max turning length of 250 mm. The machines come with very high spindle speed of 200 - 10000 rpm and rapid speed of 18 mtrs per min. Spindle orientation of 50, part off detection sensor, part catcher and 6 od turning tools plus 4 id tool holders are standard accessories. Optionally, machines can be equipped with cross spindle for doing drilling, milling and tapping operations on cross side. Also, live bushing is offered optionally.
