Key Features of Armature Riveting Machine
- Bearing Pressing and Depth Checking: Developed for the Rotor Bearing Pressing Line. This is the 1st Operation where in the Bearing is press fitted into the Rotor bore and the Depth vs. Load is monitored during operation to ensure the proper fitment of the bearing
- Caulking and Depth Checking: This is the 2nd Operation in Rotor Bearing Pressing Line. Here the Pressed Bearing is caulked with the Component using a Special Caulking Tool. After the Caulking Operation the Depth of the indentation is checked electronically.
