Khushbu engineers supplies a quick clamping or pump jig, in various models. It includes a base of cast iron, a location plate and a movable clamping plate, which also acts as jig plate. The location plate, as name implies, locates the job such as spigot, rings, profiled jobs, etc. The clamping/jig plate is moved up-down using a rack and pinion arrangement, having special locking arrangement. It does not permit the job to move, once clamped by manual force through a lever. It is fast to operate, prevents clamping-declamping time and increases productivity. The product range includes jig bushes, clamping studs, machined and ground plates, yoke roller assembly for surface lapping machines, spindles for multi-spindle drilling units, dowel pins, etc. Gauge calibration facility is also available.
