The power tooling has a 3.7 kw motor, which provides a very high torque of 143 kg cm. The c-axis indexing has 0.001 degree increment for full 360 degree with a rapid feed rate capability of 40 rpm. The machine frame design gives for corner support and high stability with 30 degree slant bed construction. The transmission guideways are on thk linear motion guides that enable very high rapid traverses up to 18 m/min. The machine is equipped conforming to jis standards. Its special high precision spindle unit assures very good roundness and cylindricity capacity.
