Cosmos offers joemars high performance fuzzy logic znc programmable edm. It can deliver very complicated shapes for any kind of dies/moulds at high speed, accuracy and surface finish up to 0.20 mra value. The electrode weight capacity at 60 kg is much higher than prevalent machines, which results in larger area coverage in a single pass. The machine has very low electrode wear ratio in spite of operating at much higher amperage of 36 a-150 a , which enables very low electrode usage for work area machined. It also has very high material removal rate of 250 mm3/min - 1,050 mm3/min that enables speedy work completion. The other highlight of the machine is very low power consumption even at high amperage, eg, fuzzy edm with 50 amp current capacity draws only 4.5 kva maximum power. The edms are also available in conventional and cnc control options.
