Alpha process engineers offers fluid drier. It is ideal for rapid, even drying of granular powdery/crystalline product. At high velocity, hot air is passed through the bed of the material to be dried, causing it to fluidise. Once correct velocity of hot air current is maintained, the solid particles are suspended in the intense turbulence and are intermixed and constantly exposed to the air current. The velocity and temperature of the drying air can be accurately set to provide maximum heat transfer in the minimum time. Heating of drying air can be done by steam or by electrical means. The containers are supplied in stainless steel. Product sampling ports can be provided. Secondary filtration with optional filter bag shaking arrangement can be offered. They are also supplied in 25 kg to 500 kg batch capacity.
