The rubber mixer provided with accessories like water cooling/heating arrangement, dual speed gear system, clutch arrangement, and brake system. This rubber mixer is available with salient features and specifications like

• Manual control

• Adjustable hopper cheeks

• Chilled cast iron roller with 25mm chill depth and 500-550 bhn hardness,

• Hollow chamber for water cooling, and high tensile steel shaft are provided.

• Frame, made of steel sections, houses the rollers and drive arrangement.

• Drive from main motor to gearbox provided. Gearbox drives the bull gear through pinion.

• Pressure applied to both sides of rollers through screw rod and nut mechanism with handle assembly

• All rotating & moving members are lubricated.
