This machine is the integration of most advanced shalaka 2000 powder coating equipment, powder spray chamber, on line sieve, multicyclone recovery and bin cum hopper, with suitable material handling arrangements. The chamber construction of this batch type powder coating machine integra 2000 is either in ss, galvanised steel or powder coated ms, modular multicyclone with 98.5% or more unbelievable efficiency in various capacities. A cluster of 3 or 4 is available with suitable modular blower.Unlike cartridge filters, multicyclones do not need internal cleaning for colour changes and have long life. With cartridge filters, one set is required for each colour thereby requiring a large floor space and investment. Cartridge filters have limited life while multicyclones are sturdy. Bin cum hopper is placed below the multicyclone. There are no duct pieces or nut bolts, etc. The system is provided with both on line sieving and easily removable c channel powder passage.
