G. K. Tea Industrial Corporation manufactures high quality tea packer. It has a cast Iron base-plate with a vibrating platform and two sets of Locking devices for locking two tea chests or sacks. It is provided with a feed hopper, which is made from aluminium sheet and suspended from a pair of strong columns. It ensures regular and smooth supply of tea to the chests/sacks. The packing process of the packer is very cost-effective and eradicates harmful effects from air percolation. The eccentric shaft generates oscillating motion and ensures settling down of tea without leaving any void. The packer does not require lubrication and major maintenance.
