Product Profile of Rotorvane

G. K. Tea industrial corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing different devices required for tea industry since its incorporation. As part of that the company offers rotorvanes.High quality stainless steel are used to manufacture these rotorvanes. These rotorvanes are equipped with veins, resistors, feed worm and iris end plate or cone assembly. These equipments are also made of stainless steel. The barrel can be fixed and split type. It comes wit following standard features:

• The machine is mounted on a heavy duty steel fabricated base.

• The machine`s rotor shaft is directly coupled with the gearbox.

• The machine is fitted with heavy taper roller bearings.

The bolts provided to hold the resistors are made of stainless steel / h.T.

• For smooth removal of the barrel the machine is provided with rack and pinion arrangement.
