Everest magnets has launched a magnetic coolant separator. The coolant fluid with iron dust particles falls by gravity to the inlet of the separator from precision machine tools like grinders, milling machine, automats, etc. The coolant with iron impurities comes in contact with the magnetic drum, which extracts all iron particles. The magnetic drum is kept dirt free at all times by a spring steel blade scrapping along the circumference. A rubber roller squeezes the sludge gathered to ensure that no coolant is wasted. Its accessories includes a sturdy welded stainless steel frame, a magnetic drum enclosed in stainless drum having extra powerful magnets with uniform magnetic field all along the circumference, a neoprene rubber roller with covered bearings, a spring steel blade with adjustment for efficient scrapping of the sludge and an electric motor working on 440 v with a reduction gear revolving the drum at about 10 rpm.
