It is available in two variants: thermosleeve b & thermosleeve s The thermosleeve b displays the following unique characteristics:

• It is capable of operating at a continuous temperature of 538 deg.C.

• Thermosleeve b`s insulation capabilities and low cost make it a good choice as economical hose and cable protection where molten splash is not a factor.

• The texturized, untreated construction allows for thermosleeve to exhibit resistance to thermal conductivity,

• Available in sizes from 13mm up to 102mm diameter.

The thermosleeve s has the following prominent features:

• It has an expandable braided fiberglass sleeve

• Thermosleeve s is heat cleaned and coated with an acrylic saturant to further reduce loose fibers, enhance handling characteristic and improve abrasion resistance.

• Thermosleeve s will expand and contract by approximately 25% of its nominal size, and is said to operate at 538deg.C.

• The acrylic saturant begins to decompose at approximately 204deg.C, but does not affect the performance of the sleeve.

• Due to its wide range of expansion and contraction, thermosleeve s is offered in 4 sizes from10mm up to 89mm diameter.
