Over Crank type Shearing Machine is available in rigid, interlock designed, heavily welded construction of mild steel plates and sections to take full load with minimum deflection. The Shearing Machine adopts a rigid clutch mechanism for giving continuous strokes for production. The Shearing Machine features spring loaded mechanical hold down facility that maintains a positive and uniform pressure along the full length of work piece avoiding slipping and bowing of sheet that results in a clean square cut. Over Crank type Shearing Machine is designed in such a way that the arm is guided throughout its length by fibre guideways ensuring proper clean cut.
