Single Piece Plastic Moulded Gears can also be coupled with A.C. Synchronous motors or D.C. Stepping motors or PMDC geared motors. Plastic Moulded Gears with 12, 16, 20 and 24 teeth are available without center aluminium bush but with 3/8 diameter D slot. Plastic Moulded Gears available with 24, 30, 36, 40, 48, 64, 80, 96, 108, and 180 teeth have centre aluminium bush with 3/8 hole with 3 nos. Screws/ taped holes provided for easy mounting. Single Piece Plastic Moulded Gears needs no lubrication and can be developed with other teeth as per requirement.
