Vishal-syn ac synchronous motors are low speed [60 rpm at 50 hz] continuous duty type. They are available with torque range from 2 kg cm to 60 kg cm, and motors having instant start/stop and reversible characteristics. The motor operates on 240 v ac, 50 hz. The motor shaft has ball bearings at both the ends for longer operating life. These motors find applications in valve control, timing belt drive, antenna drive, display tables, furnace damper control, automated welding equipment, conveyors, photo film development printing machines, textile machines, and injection moulding machines. Also offered are gears moulded from delrin, with 20 dp with standard teeth 12, 24, 30, 36,40, 64, 80, 96 and 108. This combination of motor and gears is said to offer many advantages to the system designers/oems by way of cost-effectiveness and reliability.
