• The cast iron stator body is robust and shock resistant.

• The core is made from low loss, high permeability, varnish insulated electrical grade sheet steel. Stampings are hydraulically pressed, then clamped to form a rigid structure.

• Shafts are made from high carbon steel of cross section adequate enough to provide strength and rigidity to minimize the deflection and vibrations.
