The Rapid Fount is a state of art highly buffered, non-foaming formulation for sheet fed as well as web offset. Formulated with latest wetting agents, it gives rapid ink-water balance with good stability, therefore enabling fast and clean start up. It reduces piling on the blankets and gumming up is not required for stop stoppages. Rapid Fount is used for dilute it 1:49 times with water [2% solution] to have a stabilized pH of 4.5 to 5.0. Take 20ml. Rapid Fount is used to make 1 litre working solution. It can be employed both in conventional and alcohol damping systems such as Alcolor, Dahlgren, Roland-Matic and in spray, brush and similar damping units. Customized Fountain Solution can be provided as required.
