Product Profile of Puf Panel
Atika reinforced plastic products pvt. Ltd. Is in the development, manufacture and promotion of frp consumer goods like doors, roof sheets, play equipments, bathtubs, skylite roofing system and domes, modular houses etc. As a part of that puf panel is strong, tough, aesthetic, and yet lightweight having long life devoid of maintenance and still very cost effective. Frp-puf encapsulated panels are manufactured incorporating the resin transfer moulding [rtm] technology. The advantages of the puf panel are as follows.
- Fiberglass has completely elastic behavior under stress. Impact is therefore absorbed without deformation.
- Fiberglass weighs roughly half than steel for bearing the same load; hence it is very easy and cost effective.
- Supplied with `ready-to-fit` condition with provision for channeling
- Fiberglass has very low moisture absorption & requires less maintenance & no repainting. They are long lasting & hence cost effective over the total life period of use.
- Being structurally sound and corrosion resistant, it outlasts the conventional material
- Water repellant, free from warpage
- External frp walls are termite proof and having non corrosive nature, which eliminates the need for maintenance
- Thermal conductivity of fiberglass is very low. It therefore does not transfer outside heat or cold in to the houses.
