Steel forge manufactures sfw series water-cooled diesel engines which are applicable for industrial, agricultural applications. These diesel engines come with salient features such as vertical type, water cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition, four stroke cycle, cold starting diesel engine; clockwise standard rotation when looking at flywheel end, engines with anticlockwise rotation can be built against specific requirement; fuel supplied to fuel pump by gravity feed through cloth type filter from fuel tank, one more filter at inlet of nozzle holder; direct fuel injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminium piston crown in combination with long stem multiple nozzle; results in low fuel consumption and easy starting; moving parts are lubricated partly by force feed plunger type pump and partly by splash lubrication; engine cooling arranged by run through water supply or cooling tank and standard power take off is from flywheel side.
