Rajlaxmi electricals provides spot welding machines in 6, 8, 10, 15, 20 and 25 kva models. These are pedal operated rocker arm type machines. Having three standard throat depths these machines cover all applications. These machines have steel fabricated rigid constructions, which help to remove the minutes spot deflections. The transformer increases the reliability and service life with low leakage design, proper cooling and insulation. Current setting from min to max value can be done by a 6 position, off load tap switch. These machines are provided with solid state electronic timer to control weld time from 5 to 50 cycles and 1 to 10 seconds to achieve accurate and repeatable spots. A heavy-duty compression spring provides adjustable max pressure levels. It is very user friendly and ensures simple setting. The company offers electrodes, holders and arms along with the cooling arrangement. Two morse taper 2 straight electrodes of hardened copper-alloy are also provided with the equipment. The company also offers other types of spare electrodes on special order.
