Wrap Block of Drum Circumferences 1 - yard / meter is designed to measure silver and roving to determine hanks. The drum circumferences are 1 - yard / meter with 10", 12", 14", 16" and 18" width which facilitates roving bobbins from 8" to 16" lift respectively. The measuring surface is ground and highly polished which is fitted with a reset able digital counter.
