Lay Flat Hoses is manufactured by Ajay Poly Pvt. Ltd. The Lay Flat Hoses are manufactured using a special formulation of PVC and high tensile polyester yarn. The process ensures total penetration of PVC onto the interstices of the polyester reinforcement and inseparable fusion of the inner and outer walls of PVC. This method of production allows maximum strength to be obtained while maintaining minimum wall thickness.

It does not need drying and can be rolled immediately after use.
