Surface International offers Surface Electric Grout Pumps. Surface International supplies range of shot blasting/shot peening machines for engineering. The Surface Electric Grout Pumps consists of positive displacement type of powerful pump of suitable capacity. The pump is coupled with geared motor [diesel engine in case of diesel engine version]. The inlet of the pump is connected through hose pipe to the outlet of twin grout mix preparation tank. At the outlet of the pipe, a by-pass arrangement is provided for regulating pressure and volume of the grout mix. The grouting hose pipe of required size is connected through quick action coupling at the outlet of the pump. The other end of grout hose is coupled with grouting nozzle. A pressure gauge is provided at the outlet of the pump to measure the grouting pressure. These Surface Electric Grout Pumps are available in 14 models.

• Model G-6-500E; G-6-1000E; G-6-1500E; G-6-2000E and G-6-3000E come with output pressure 500; 1000; 1500; 2000 and 3000 Ltrs/hour at 6kg/cm square.

• Model G-12-; G-12-1000E; G-12-1500E; G-12-2000E and G-12-3000 come with output pressure 500; 1000; 1500; 2000 and 3000 Ltrs/hour at 12kg/cm square.

• Model G-24-500E; G-24-1000E and G-24-2000E come with 500; 1000; and 1500 Ltrs/hour at 24kg/cm square.
